KVKK — Personal Data Protection

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Hair Noard acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our services in Turkey.

2. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed to provide consultation and treatment services, manage patient relations, fulfil legal obligations, ensure clinic security and improve service quality.

3. Transfer of data

Data may be shared with authorised public institutions when required by law and with contracted service providers bound by confidentiality agreements. Cross-border transfers comply with KVKK requirements.

4. Your KVKK rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information on whether data is processed, access processed data, learn the purpose of processing, request correction or deletion, and object to automated decision-making. Applications can be sent to [email protected].

Requests must include your identity details and a clear description of your request. We respond within the statutory timeframe.
